This is lovely. This is not McGinley trying to make “art” that says, “Hey, look how crazily I live! Look how bohemian I am! Dontcha wish you were one of my friends?” It’s McGinley getting paid a lot of money to do a fancy editorial with a fancy superstar model for a fancy fashion magazine. And that’s perfectly okay. Someone should tell him so.
