A whole year after the hype, The Virgins finally got around to releasing a proper single (despite the fact that they hit the water and were labeled the next big thing before Vampire Weekend was on the scene). No matter. Casting director Douglas Perrett says he “was looking for a young modern day Alicia Siverstone,” and cast Nambian model Behati Prinsloo to writhe around the disgusting LES bar Lit and take off her clothes (naturally).
For anyone who’s ever been curious, this video should serve as a template for a typical night on the town with Michelle.
